Welcome, and thank you for signing the RGL Claims Management Agreement (CMA), which allows us to take on the investigation of your potential claim. To progress your potential claim, we now require a little more information from you.

As you are aware, RGL Management is bringing a group legal action against Clydesdale Bank (inc Yorkshire Bank) and National Australia Bank, in relation to specific types of business loan. On 1 May 2019, Michelmores LLP, our solicitors, issued Claim Forms in the Chancery Division of the High Court in London, on behalf of 149 claimants.

Following your discussions with our partners All Square, they have now passed your file over to us, so that we can begin the process of developing your potential claim against the bank.

In order to register your details on our system, please click on the blue button below, check the information already provided, and insert anything that is missing, or amend if any details are incorrect.

You will note we have included a straightforward question about the nature of your business’ loan. It is essential that you answer it – without this information, it is unlikely that we will be able to progress your potential claim.

The form is very short, and it should take just a couple of minutes.

Now is also the time to make a final check, to be absolutely certain, that you are not able to provide us with any documentation/emails/notes which confirm the type of loan the business had/has.
