Loans lawsuit builds up – The Times, 31.10.18
RGL Management has joined forces with All Square Finance in its legal claim against the alleged mis-selling of business loans by Clydesdale Bank and National Australia Bank. The group RGL is representing will double in size to more than 1,000 businesses. All Square was founded in 2012 to help to bring actions over sales of products that featured interest rate hedging elements. RGL, a claims management specialist, aims to secure hundreds of millions of pounds compensation.
