The RGL team has been working hard through the summer, and we expect to be in a position to engage in pre-action correspondence with the defendant(s) shortly, perhaps by Christmas.
We continue to seek potential claimants who are not yet registered with us, and you will see media activity in this regard, commencing in the Mail On Sunday on 24 September. However, matters will start to progress quickly and time will be short, so if you know anyone who may have a claim against Clydesdale or Yorkshire Bank, and is not yet registered, please direct them to the Register page at sueClydesdale.com while there is still time. In addition, the greater the number of claimants and the greater the amount claimed, the more threatening we will be to the defendant(s).
We are working with whistle-blowers whose evidence will greatly assist our action. If you know anyone who may be prepared to talk to us, who was either employed by Clydesdale or Yorkshire, or who was an advisor or consultant, please either:
- Reply to this email with their contact details, and why you think they may be prepared to help, or
- Ask them to visit the whistle-blower page of our website
