Dear Member
We are delighted to invite you to a sueClydesdale.com Action Update and Q&A, where you can meet our litigation team, in Birmingham on 7 December.
We have been pushing forward rapidly behind the scenes. Our strategy in relation to claims and litigation is now in place and currently being implemented. Action will commence within the next few months.
This meeting provides an excellent opportunity for you to hear about your case and its progress, and for you to ask any questions directly.
The panel will include:
- James Hayward, Michael Green, Alan Thomas and Tony Lahert, directors of RGL Management Limited;
- Simon Davenport QC, Head of Chambers at 3 Hare Court; a leader at the bar in insolvency, company law, civil fraud and commercial litigation;
- Garbhan Shanks and Harriet Chopra from Michelmores our solicitors.
Tea and coffee will be served from 10.30 am. At 11.00 am there will be a presentation by the RGL Management Team, followed by a question and answer session. Depending on timing, there will then be an opportunity to mix informally with our team and with other delegates. We expect to be finished by 2.00 pm.
Spaces are likely to fill up quickly; it is essential to book your place in advance. Please visit our event booking page now to reserve your place.
We will not be restricting the event to those who have registered; if you know someone who suffered at the hands of Clydesdale or Yorkshire, and who hasn’t registered with us yet, there is still some, albeit limited, time. So please forward this email, and encourage them to come along on 7 December.
More great news: within the next few weeks, we will be sending to you our Claims Management Agreement. This will set out the terms of the agreement between us, and once signed, it will enable us to advance your case on your behalf.
We look forward to seeing you in Birmingham.
The RGL Management team.
